Refund Policy

Veterans Golf Program (“VGP”) is a nonprofit organization. Donations and payments made to VGP are generally non-refundable.

Donations

All donations are voluntary and are used to support our mission and programs.
As a nonprofit organization:

• Donations are non-refundable

• Please review your donation carefully before submitting

• Tax receipts will be provided when applicable

Event Registrations

If payment is collected for special events:

• Refund requests must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to the event

• Refunds may be issued at our discretion

• No refunds will be issued for no-shows

Merchandise (If Applicable)

If VGP sells merchandise:

• Items must be returned within 14 days

• Items must be unused and in original condition

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping

• Refunds issued after inspection

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
